The location for Melbourne was great and brilliant, near cafes/restaurants shops, and central Melbourne fabulous restaurants. It also was on transport to the city.

Everything was great, excellent service, favourable location just off the train station and Richmond's bars and Richmond's night life as well as central Melbourne fabulous restaurants and cafes. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. All in all marvellous location, not far from Richmond's bars and Richmond's night life.

Really enjoyed our time here, it was exactly what we had in mind. Booked a room with terrace. The room had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Great facilities, friendly staff, and easy access. The apartments were clean and new, with double glazing that helped reduce street noise. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and clean. I appreciated having a small kitchen and balcony in my room. The staff on arrival were helpful and accommodating. The key location of the hotel made it convenient to access many areas around the city. I had a pleasant stay.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The studio apartment was a bit small, especially for two twin beds.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the CBD and Southbank via Tram #70. It is also surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and bars along Swan Street. Additionally, there is a small outdoor area where guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms are clean and modern, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom.

Some guests have mentioned that the noise from the street can be bothersome, especially for light sleepers.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, giving me the feeling of being on top of the world. With a cup of coffee in hand, I watched the city come alive below, like a perfectly orchestrated ant farm.

The staff member at reception was incredibly helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was brilliantly organized with great reading lights and a fantastic bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with new appliances and utensils, was a dream. The showers were amazing, the rooms were spacious, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The location was EXCELLENT with easy access to the city tram and plenty of nearby restaurants. The addition of a washing machine and dryer was a bonus, and the secure building and reserved car park provided peace of mind. The view from the room was an added delight. a mind-blowing stay with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Highly recommended!

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

The studio apartment at Caroline Serviced Apartments Richmond was absolutely perfect for us as a couple. The room had a cozy feel to it, and the balcony offered a nice spot for us to relax and enjoy the Melbourne weather. Plus, having an electric kettle and kitchenware allowed us to make our own tea and coffee in the mornings.

Personally, we didn't make much use of the tumble dryer in the apartment. It's just our preference to air dry our clothes.
